Great question. The short answer is I don't think so, but I can't claim to know for sure. When it comes to the yemot hamashiach, all we really have to work with are the predictions, mostly from the Rishonim. I don't claim to be a Jewish philosophy expert, so perhaps someone else will supplement this post.
