    A) Hashem says, "והייתם לי סגלה מכל העמים" (יט:ה).  What does it mean to be an עם סגולה?  Is this a privilege or a responsibility?
    B) How is this connected with the next pasuk, "ואתם תהיו לי ממלכת כהנים וגוי קדוש"?  Are they two separate statements, or is one a result of the other?
